DIRECTORS Haji Abdul Kadir bin Ismail Born in Malaysia (6.12.1947), Kadir is an associate member of Association of
International Accountants. Before going into business, Kadir was in the banking sector and had invaluable experience in Money
Market, Human Resources Development Programme and management. Kadir had a stint in the World Bank programme for the Development
of Entrepreneurs and was subsequently involved in activities such as the Eradication of Poverty in Sri Lanka and Rural Financing
in South Korea. Kadir had also sat on various government committees notably the Steering Committee for Endau-Rompin Development
project and Kemajuan Johor Tenggara (KEJORA). Other committees he was involved in was under the Ministry of Agriculture including
New Technology Committee, Padi and Vegetable Committee, Poultry Development Scheme Committee and Development of Roselle Committee. Hajah Rahmah binti Nordin Rahmah was born on 13th September 1950. She was involved in the various aspects of finance and banking through her career in the world of banking
and finance. She had gained invaluable experience from working in Mortgage & Finance (M) Bhd, HSBC Finance (M) Berhad
and Hong Kong Shanghai Bank (M) Berhad. Abdul Karim bin Ismail Born on 12th October 1950, Karim was involved in banking and business
sector. He is now active in supporting the operational aspect of the company. MANAGEMENT TEAM Mohd Lizan bin Salim Operation Department Lizan was born on 30.10.1955. His qualifications cover NITTCB Trade Certificate in Planning,
C&G of London Certificate in Building Construction. He has vast professional experience involving construction and was
involved in the Project management and supervision of various projects with Nasmie Engineers Sdn Bhd, Affinity Gain Engineers
Sdn Bhd,Ilham Consult Sdn Bhd, Ranhill Bersekutu Sdn Bhd, Al-Yaswa Eletrik Sdn Bhd, Paremba Construction Sdn Bhd, Perunding
AJZ Sdn Bhd and Preece, Cardew and Rider (SEA) Ltd ( Naharuddin bin Anan Accounts Department Naharuddin was born on 29.11.1959 and holds a degree in Accountancy. He is an associate member
of the Association of International Accountants. He has vast experience in the banking sector including a very long spell
in the managerial capacity. Mohd Nordin bin Hassan Administration Department Born on 10.9.1960 Nordin major experience is in the banking sector.
His knowledge in the development of farmers as entrepreneur held him in good stead where dealing with human resources is concerned.
